The United States Constitution guarantees everyone equal protection under the law. But that is not how it is applied. American men and women continue to be unfairly targeted and victimized because of their race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, and religious beliefs. At Hart McLaughlin & Eldridge, we stand up for those who are victimized by the police, the government, and those who are otherwise in power.
